When will RanchMax be available?
RanchMax is in active development. Join early access and we’ll send launch updates as we get closer.
Is RanchMax only for cattle?
No. RanchMax is built for livestock recordkeeping and youth projects. Many workflows apply across species (and we’re expanding based on real user needs).
Can I import from spreadsheets?
Yes. We can help map and import your existing records so you don’t have to start over. If you join early access, tell us what you’re tracking and how it’s organized.
Will it work on my phone?
RanchMax is being built to be mobile-friendly, with additional mobile support planned—without sacrificing simplicity.
Do you offer onboarding?
Yes. We’ll help you get set up with a workflow that matches how you run your animals or projects—especially if you’re coming from paper or spreadsheets.
I have a larger operation—can I talk to someone?

How will pricing work?
Pricing is being finalized as core features and onboarding are completed. Join early access and we’ll send pricing details as soon as they’re available.
Can multiple people use the same account (family, partners, mentors)?
That’s the goal. RanchMax is being built with real-world use in mind—families, mentors, and teams. If you need multi-user access, mention it when you join early access.
Do I own my data?
Yes—your records are your records. If you have specific questions about exports or data formats, contact us and we’ll walk through what’s planned.
Is my data secure?
We take data security seriously and are building RanchMax with modern cloud best practices. If you have compliance or security requirements, reach out and we’ll discuss your needs.
Do I have to commit to anything by joining early access?
